Admission and Withdrawals
Admission is open to all and will be based totally on lottery basis. Generally admission is given only in KG classes. Admission will be considered only on availability of seats. Usually students will not be admitted in Std. IX and X. Students for admission in K.G.-I should be normally 4 years in April. Those who deserve to enroll for the first time in K.G. classes or Std. –I are required to produce valid documents to verify the correct date of birth. Students seeking admission from Std. II onwards are required to bring T.C. and progress card from the school he or she last attended.
Students those who are seeking admission must be introduced by the parents personally.
Withdrawal of the students should be preceded by one calendar month’s notice in writing to the Principal. Fee receipts should be presented at the time of applying for T.C.
Transfer certificate will be issued, after payment of all school dues, for a charge of Rs. 200/-
Rules & Regulations
SCHOOL DISCIPLINE AND STUDENT’S WELFARE
- Self –discipline is the forte of the school
- All students are expected to reach school before the bell rings.
- Disciplinary action will be taken against those who are habitually late.
- School uniform is a discipline in itself and should be adhered to by all students. Students are expected to wear the school uniform in a proper manner as specified by the school.
- Changing class rooms between periods should be done is silence and is an orderly manner.
- Students are advised to keep their class rooms/school building/campus neat and clean. Waste material and leftovers must be thrown into the dustbins only.
Students should observe polite civil behavior. Shouting, bullying or use of foul language is forbidden.
SCHOOL SESSION AND ROUTINE
The academic session April to March. In addition to the summer vacation, there will be short holidays for Dussehra, Diwali and Christmas. Working days- Monday to Saturday.
SCHOOL HOURS
The arrival time of the students will be strictly followed and no late coming will be normally entertained. The principal may give exemption for the late comers on the ground of genuine reasons. The gate will be closed during the assembly time.
School Organism
Club
The students of class –I and above are compulsorily made the members of various clubs. Following clubs are presently actively functioning the school.
- Social Science and Eco Club : The objective of this club is to make the students realize the importance of an Eco friendly atmosphere. They are taught to take care of the nature and to stay in a clean environment.
- Maths Club : The objective of this club is to create an interest in on mathematics and to improve their mathematical skills.
- Language and Literature club : The objective of this club is to lead the students step-by-step to a sound knowledge of English Language coupled with communicative skill and to enrich them with a literary sense.
- Quiz Club: The objective of this club is to upgrade the student’s general knowledge about their country, objects and things. It also deals with the current affairs around the world.
- Houses : The students of Class-I and above are divided into four houses
- NAZARETH House (Blue)
- BETHLEHEM House (Green)
- GALILEE House (Maroon)
- EBENEZER House (Yellow)
The four houses are named after the Holy places. We believe in our students following the path of Truth always.
